  • Some products are pre-order items. Quarter 2 is production.
  • Production can take up to 6–8 weeks after the official release date.
  • Orders will ship once production is complete and payment is received in full.

Shipping Time

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on location.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order ships.

💰 Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes planners, journals, digital downloads, and printed materials.

Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly review and offer a replacement when appropriate.
