🛍️ Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods (such as product launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience!

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, The Kinder Korner is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

❗ Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@thekinderkorner.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@thekinderkorner.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

At The Kinder Korner, we release our Kindergarten Planners quarter by quarter to ensure high-quality, intentional learning materials for every season of the school year. 🍎

Before each new quarter becomes available, we offer an exclusive pre-order release so you can secure your planner ahead of time.

Pre-Order Statement

By placing a pre-order for The Kinder Korner Kindergarten Planner, you are reserving a future product that is currently in production and not yet ready to ship.

All pre-orders will ship once the upcoming quarter planners arrive and are processed.

Estimated shipping timelines will be provided at the time of each release, and while we strive to meet these dates, slight delays may occur due to manufacturing or shipping factors outside of our control.

Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.

Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of pre-orders, all pre-order purchases are final and cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

We appreciate your patience and support as we carefully prepare each quarter to give your child the best start possible.
